Join us for an exciting night out with your very own Amy Hanton from FOX11. The Cannery Public Market is hosting her February event which will take place in our main dining area. Chef Jay is preparing a fabulous 5 course meal, each course will have a wine pairing and of course will end with dessert. Courses will be:
First Course – Cannery fried cheese curds
Second Course – Arugula salad with goat cheese, kimchi beets and maple roasted walnuts.
Third Course – Baked French onion soup
Fourth Course – Sweet potato ravioli
Fifth Course – Baked Hake served with potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, tomatoes and olives.
Sixth Course – Chocolate Truffle Cake
Cocktail Hour will start at 5:30pm, dinner service at 6:30pm
